The borrowing entity primarily purchases homes to fix and flip in Alameda County and San Joaquin County. The line enables the borrower to purchase the homes all cash at a significant discount, and then borrow against those properties for future acquisitions. As properties are sold, they are released from the Deed of Trust for a partial pay-down. This borrower has utilized the lines for over 300 homes, totaling over forty draws.
